Day 4
Yesterday we celebrated my birthday!
We had a great time we had turkey soup, rolls and other good things. :-)
I just got back from McDonalds and I got this "Nutrition Information" sheet.
It will make you never eat McDonalds for your life!!
If you want a copy of the sheet you can reserve sheets now!!
I'll hand them out THIS Sunday.

Oh, so that's what the copies were for...
Have you thought about joining me in a health food promotion company... we could make a ton of money... you can do the promotion and scare people out of junk food and I will run the business end of things!
